Workforce Development Board Mid Ohio Valley was formed in July 2000, to administer U.S. Department of Labor funded programs in the area. Using all available resources, WDBMOV provides leadership and oversight to ensure that efficient and effective workforce services are accessible to employers, current employees, job seekers and other citizens in the region.
Their mission, Building a Quality Workforce for Today and Tomorrow, reflects their commitment to identifying the needs of their communities, evaluating current services, and expanding offerings to meet the ever-changing needs of business, employers and job seekers.
